Taking money for a printed part is a separate right, and the free download does not carry it. That needs an active Commercial Seller's Licence, which comes with the Production Layer membership.

Licensed parts keep the embossed MB mark, and licensed sellers can list themselves in a public directory. A buyer can check both in about ten seconds.

Not every model can be licensed, so the answer depends on which one you mean. All models this panel covers are listed here.
Green means the design is original MB Studio hardware and can be licensed for resale. Red means it is a device replica or concept study — free to print, never resellable.

Licensed sellers can list themselves publicly. If a listing says it is licensed, the seller should be findable in the directory — and if they are not, it is fair to ask why.
